IMHO - TQNT doesn't have HBT technology. RFMD is based on this transistor (see notes about their fab) and Nokia prefers this for their handset PA part. You probably know that the PA is the highest priced/potential margin RF part in the handset. Until TQNT develops the ability to supply HBT PAs they will be an also ran in the handset business/wireless RF parts.
