In addition to WilliamD's response, I would appreciate a "Real Audio" or other type of streaming audio class on using the CyberTrader 1.7 system. You could accept questions through the CyberChat room and respond via the streaming audio. There are several questions that I have regarding the use of various windows of the 1.7 system.

"their website offers a "free sound system" for new members"

Bill, you must have missed the free Ginsu knife offer <g>

I hadn't heard of this web site until this PR popped up... it is a little vague on what and how to benefit isn't it? Is there anyone out there using this site and can comment on it?

How is the CyberBroker system doing lately for you all?
I heard it was very rough the first couple of weeks of Jan getting the price server tweaked during the high volume period. Someone on #daytraders said the last two weeks have been good though.

Do you guys think things are stable, and do you think you're at an advantage in the market with the new system?

Is Cyber keeping resources and growth in balance?

Well said Bill. It would be nice to discuss ways to optimize usage of the Cyber platform to improve your trading.

Personally, I like the graphical tickers and think that they add value. In my spare time I have been trying to tweak the settings to reflect my trading style and the stocks I am tracking.

For executions, I think it very important to learn how to recognize the type of order which gives you the best odds of getting filled at the time. I've found that by using the ECN books, Hammer and Dynamic Ticker in concert with L2, I have a clearer idea of where to try first. In essence, I try to be my own version of the Cybersmart key
functions. Do you think I'm wasting energy in the sense that the smart functions would determine the optimal path faster than if I chose it directly? As an example, I've exited positions in fast markets by hitting a bid on ILSD which has the size I needed, but was one level below the inside. I don't think the smart functions try that.

Cheers.
