This company does not honor it's extended warranty. My friend has been having a problem getting service on his printer for several weeks. He is also a lawyer. I think that if it does not get resolved by tommorow I will give him an open podium to post on on Silicon Investor, Yahoo, Raging Bull and Motley Fool message boards to relay just how incompetent, inept, and irresponsible this company is.
