That is right I wanna the DD to prove to you that like most of the internet posters all you post is twisted lies. As usual you have NOTHING to back up the falsehoods which you just proved which shows even less smarts for trying to prove it. All you did was deepen your libel with every post and I for one am bound and deternmined to make some of you account for your careless and sloppy libel ... who knows maybe a bowling alley or a pop and son company or a dog killing operation or maybe even a media company can be awarded for such careless irresponsible DD when the libel is clear as a bell by the libel poster because they cannot READ... WHere in the world does that post or release state CNHH is buying anything much less from MIDL who did not own a hair of it. Can you spell "LETTER OF INTENT" plus where is the closing ???? Nothing you are posting is in the filings to back up your libel August 9, 1998 Midland buys Greek shipping line from Noble House, SA [CNHH]: ANOTHER 100% falsehood and lie. WHere in the world does that post state MIDL is buying anything much less from CNHH who did not own a hair of it . Can you spell "Agreement in Principal" plus where is the closing ???? It never happened!!!! And what about those GREEK SHIPS that MIDL wanted to buy from CNHH? I am familiar with your twisted logic before but again WHAT SHIPS FROM CNHH since CNHH NEVER owned them. You just flat out are extending your LIBEL even further PLUS you are now trying to cover a libel statement with more libel statements by somehow bringing up the past a year ago. CNHH has had nothing to do with any of it since Rod's was selected last year over the shipping assets as the reverse merger company and you decide to make a libel statement NOW in 1999 with CNHH kicked into 24 hour operation on jobs which no where even related to MIDL or anything you are posting. Now you are trying to cover yourself with some aburd logic from a year ago and only making it worse. I am so mad at posters like you who cannot read and want to make innuendoes on companies that are solid along with men that are pillars in their community and honorable far more that the posters on the internet where integrity does not exist and what little is is carelessly plosted just so they can make a name for themselves as another flash in the pants guru to get sheep by using false twisting information, lies and innuendoes to beat up compnaies on poor DD, inability to read and comprehend DD and FLAT OUT lies. You sir, like the other DF and affiliates voices on this internet, REFUSE to see that DF and his affiliates was selling stock into the MARKET ... I discovered it and made a call to someone to stop it WHICH he did and BY GEORGE all but 46K has been recovered along with the money and people like you cannot see the forest for the trees. I have been accused by the poor DDerswhich DF got to, gone before the SEC and I am the one that caught him and stepped up as a spokes person while MP got it all back. DF merely found people on the internet to started a campaign to destroy MP and any shell MP owned which Mark has sold them all and is no longer associated with them because he has resigned >>> READ THE FILINGS start to finish... DO some DD and READ before you make these libel statements. All your lies are being printed. You want a war I grant you I will give you one. BTW show me where these two companies have the same address or do have to go back in time again to somehow pull that out and when you can't find it just make another libel statement. Not to mention if you did do soild DD you would know the 10K according the Transfer Agent never was issued to Pignetelo and had no idea what I was asking when the Civil suit against MP was sent to the news wire last November. OH but that is right you do not verify just cut and paste without reading what you are pasteing. You want to pursue this knock yourself out ... YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET AWAY WITH THIS LIBEL IF I HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT. You want to take the responsibility to post YOUR LIBEL then by george you should stand accountable. Plus I have printed your profile ... By the way, before you commit LIBEL on ME personally, I have no stock in CNHH. I am paid to do the graphics and web design and maintain their site and that is all (my rate is $50.00 an hour with a not to exceed a month) and I have not taken stock I want CASH. NOT TO MENTION I have been financially destroyed by MIDL and lost all my assets because I what was RIGHT in what I did to stop a crook and did not even follow my own teachings of BTS. Nothing like the false information on the internet to base an investment descision on ... Heck when you slammed CNHH the dang stock jumped up and not to mention closed up just like CBQI did when the other DF internet voices tried to slam it and connect it somehow to MIDL. Each company is different and they have filings that most people refuse to read and comprehend. NExt time post Black and white proof to your lies and twisted logic as your underlying basis.
