Good luck Doug. Long term I think you will indeed be rewarded, I do not have a forecast of $400 per share for RMBS in my time horizon (two years) but I can see $10/share some time in the next four years and then with some irrational exuberance, $400 might come. My sight are at $122 sometime within the next 11 months and somewhat above $200 by the end of 2000. Thus if I am right, it is going to be an interesting ride.
