Roger, <RACE> when generally the best time to short one of these? Immediately, or do you wait for a push to drive the stock up more prior to the conversion date? On March 16, 1999, a conversion price floor and ceiling will be established based on average market prices of the common stock during specified periods of time prior to March 16, 1999. Can conversion actually begin March 16, or is only the price computed here. There has been some discussion on another thread that the shares are locked up till the end off '99 or 2000. x
