It is mismanagement to have a stock drop 33% and do nothing to comment or calm the market. Also not responding to investor inquiries-I called investor relations and public relations twice today--still have not heard anything. The biggest point of mismanagement is in the pudding-- look at the stock price --what has been its performance over the last three years? Most employees would or should be canned for such minimal achievement/performance

Bug,

When you post on your own company web page about a "3 part series" of how your company kicks ass,... and then point it to the exact day that you are releasing earnings....and then you show FLAT numbers and a cautious forecast for '99, you *could* have a problem on your hands.

(PS. no I didn't buy into this hype....actually, I talked a few people out of doing it!! Some didn't listen and are sorry now.)

For example (and this is a good one IMO so listen up):

If you go to the race track you'll ALWAYS find the dude who has the best shit. I mean, the best car builder with the latest in suspension tricks, a HOT(=bogus) motor, flashy paint, chrome rims, great sponsors, and a HUGE ass hauler all guss-eeed up, etc....
You would think they have one awesome driver??? RIGHT???

WRONG!!!...THEY SUCK!! and don't win much if ever!!
Sometimes it's all the driver...sometimes its the crew.
Not knowing how to use the excellent equipment they do have is often a classic example.

At the track we call these guys "weapons"...cuz they are FAST, but they are stupid on the track. They crash cuz their crew is foolish and forgot to tighten this or that,..or they wreck others often by not using their head......and hence....they could kill you!!!

Moral of the story:
CUBE is a WEAPON!!!

"Gordon.....
Pass that CUBE sponsored #99 car with care, he's all over the track!!"

pps...I could ripe off a few TRUE stories I have heard on how they've never seemed to learn how to listen to thy customer...but what good would that do?
