Steve,

<<<<I started in penny stocks too...wow..I guess we all traveled down on the same path.

No, I started in First Team Sports with like $1200 when I was in college LOL. I thought... hmm how can I take advantage of the rollerblading phenomenon that everyone my age and younger is doing.. So I picked that one... oh I lost about 60%

Then didnt start back into stocks until Circus Circus... on a Business Week article.... lol. Oh.. .another stagnant small loss... and me and my friend invested together on that one! DOH!

Then it was a lot of small caps, and then found SI, and then pennies... made a ton on a few, lost a ton on others...

But why did we choose pennies? for the high returns? So thats why the internets are so handy, same reward, but more "accepted" by wall street. Plus most have real balance sheets and you dont have to wait 9 months for an audit. Scams...

<<<<Tuition is expensive on Wall Street and there's no mercy.

Yeh, and I thought U of M was killing me....

<<<<You have to be smarter than the next guy and always one step ahead of the herd.

First rule, buy when everyone is frantic and yelling about sky falling. (just imagine if you bought internet options in september)
Sell, when there is euphoria and newbie investors claim XXXX.com will be up 80% tommorow... also when you see no fear on the message boards... great time to sell.

I think the board is getting noticed... lots of new people here tonight. I was just going to start a PM with you and forget the board since it was just you and me for a week. LOL
