gwt_58, Tell that person to calm down! SC=schedule A = amended SC 13 G is an annual filing that has to be filed by all reporting persons(mainly banks, brokers, insurance cos.) who own 5% or more of the stock. They need to report within 45 day's after the end of the year. SC 13 D filing is another one you'll see, this need's to filed within 10 day's of someone buying 5% or more of the stock. So your SC 13G/A is an amended filing to one previously filed....go look it up & see who it is. JC
