Paul drives a yuppie subaru and has a tattoo Man.... I must be out of touch. I passed a bright YELLOW Hummer today. Then I passed a bright RED Hummer. Then I passed a Hummer painted like a 60's VW Microbus, with flowers and stuff all over it. It's getting harder and harder to keep up with the neighbors. My little GMC Surburban is soooo tiny now... jtc PS: Janey Jennifer Jackson, how are your stars aligned tonight? You know that Sunday will be a Blue Moon don't you. That means the Falcons have been to the Superbowl Once in a Blue Moon. And next month also has a Blue Moon, and the last time we had two consecutive months together with a Blue Moon was about 80 someodd years ago.

Good Evening Jane- ......... There is nothing demented in driving a yuppie subaru and having a tatto. I never said there was. I may be conservative and may be even a little old fashioned. But, in my opinion, a person has to be sick to get his/her kicks by dressing up weird and going to a public park to scare little kids. I happen to be a parent of three children. With my youngest child being 10 years old, I am a little sensitive to people who make comments like what Paul did. The bottom line is that whether conservative or liberal or young or old, I truly believe most people would agree with my last statement. I am not a violent person but if my 10 year old was in a park and got threatened by some wierdo like Paul, I guarantee you I would go beserk and it would be a long time before that person did that stunt again. If you don't agree with me now, I believe you would in another 10 years from now when you have a few precious little ones of your own. There..... no flame. Wishing you and everyone else the very best in the market tomorrow!! Falcon

Jane, Being rude does not mean demented!! palerider, Opps, Paul, is the one that bragged about "HIS" playground exploits and little experiments. I would hope that you are not using your selective memory trying to get a rise out of folks last night. As you have already read, I disagree with falcon on one point, you do not need ten years or kids to know what pale, Dangit, Paul claims to have done, is bad and wrong. But in fairness to your thinking, and I am making an assumption here that you do not believe he ever did anything like that at all. I do not believe it either, but the fact that he thought of it to post publicly says a lot about him. But one thing I do know about, having spent my entire life facing danger and death, HE IS A COWARD OF THE FIRST DEGREE!!! And that, I don't think even you can dispute. But anyway, this whole note started with you saying it was Ronaldo who had a playground fixation! I just wanted to set things right and got a little carried away.. Give me a break, its 3:15 in the morning and I can't sleep...... wb (not in a good mood any longer)

Jane... I don't know that I would call Paul "demented," because it is difficult to tell the real personality of the person behind the keyboard. However, Paul certainly makes comments that seem to be aimed at getting a rise out of people. Based on what he tells us about his life, shocking folks is one of his great pleasures; consider the playground comments, his web page regarding his political views and assorted other topics, his apparent pride in being a "lewd" Mensa member, and even his comments about nude beaches are examples. Note 1: I believe Paul's forays to the "playground" are meant to disturb the parent, not the kids. That story has been twisted... Note 2: I personally don't have a problem with nude beaches, but a male talking about public nudity elicits a whole different set of responses than a female talking about public nudity. It ain't right, but that's the way it is. No, I think Paul's comments are aimed to shock us and at first, I'm sure he likes the result. Many of us seem eager to rise to the bait. However, I do think it wears thin with him after a while and then he affects being a martyr for the cause. I for one don't buy it... and I am surprised that you do... At times, Paul is his own victim... Lazarus, thinking it is way to early in the am for this...
