Thank you!(fma), Thank you!(JDN), and Thank you in advance! (Hardrocker)...and a Thank you to the TAVA management. We owe all of you for your time and effort.

I don't know if today set a precedent but I think something special happened. Management proved they had the class I thought they had but started to doubt. Though it appears many cast their proxy votes ahead who may now wish they could change, I believe it had an impact on mgt (since they knew in advance negative voting was being done electronically) and they recognized our ability to organize. If they had treated this lightly I would've been gone as I suspect others would too.

Feels like the "old days" on the thread again. Excellent job guys!

Must admit, hard to imagine JDN being okay with any dilution, even under the best of circumstances <GGG>.

fma, JDN, Hardrocker: Thank you very much for communicating our concerns to TAVA management and reporting back to us on the thread. Periodically, I need to hear something positive that confirms my investment. Thanks too, for maintaining a quality dialog on the thread.

Among the several good things the three of you uncovered today, I especially like management's willingness to spend major time addressing your concerns, and what sounds like a non-confrontational attitude on JJ's part. When the CEO is a class act, it spreads through the organization, and that builds long term business relationships. Hats off to each of you.

FMA, YOU ARE A HOOT!!! And thanks so much for your time and effort. I have a significant amount invested in this company. The past few days, I considered dumping it all. You have given me a sense of relief after sharing your dialogue with the big boys. Now, I am taking a wait and see attitude. Again, hats off to all of you.
