Michael: You are right to put a lot of credence on solid management. That convinced me to invest heavily in WCTI. Good combination of proprietary technology in a hot space combined with first class leadership. Only thing I'd like to see is more experience in dealing with "the Street". Amazon, AOL are two examples of companies led by very savvy money guys who know how to work with institutional investors/traders. That can make a stock skyrocket. Maybe they have it, just not obvious in my research so far...
