According to the company's latest S-3 filing, you're more on the target than Marshall is.

RACE has been non-compliant regarding the NTA criterion for the last two reported quarters (June and September of '98).

Since RACE received their notice of non-compliance, 90 days have already come and gone--and they have already appealed.

Does Marshall think RACE has met the NTA requirement for the December quarter?

How many non-compliant quarters does it take before RACE is taken down a notch?

Archer - if that had been an issue at the time it would have been cured by that cash infusion they had shortly after they received notice. It doesn't really matter as they were certainly in compliance in the last 10-Q so I consider the entire matter to be history.
