There is NO downside to freely discussing picks and ideas by all.

Jim,

you bet there is... why pay for picks that are posted for free....

and I did not mention 1,000 subscribers as though that were some magic number
if Jenna had 10 subscribers that would be great too

as for 86,000 SI members.. I don't care .. if a stock is going to move I want it to do so based on informed reality, not somebody catching the fever from a quick perusal of a few posts

There is NO downside to freely discussing picks and ideas by all. Nor do any subscribers loose a nickle of value, indeed they are the winners on all fronts.

Good Jim. Then I suppose you wouldn't object to paying $275 a year for the service, having the list posted after midnight EST, and having the selections freely discussed at 6:35 a.m. the same day?

Jim, that's not realistic at all. Not everyone is on MIRC or in another private chatroom. Nothing wrong, IMO, with people identifying the current watch list stocks as #1, #2, etc. Seems to me that was done on TSO for a while and you weren't raising a ruckus then.
