The Worst Things in Law are Free Vlad: Thank you for the compliment. If I were as smart as you say I wouldn't be sitting here with a VVUS lifetime break-even point of 6 for my current holdings. (Actually, I've only been going in and out of VVUS since 6/97, but it feels like a lifetime.) Aren't there any Skadden, Arps VVUS shareholders out there? Nah, too smart to buy VVUS or to admit it if they had. I would be pleased to counsel the shareholder movement. Just send me a private E-mail with your address, so I can dispatch an engagement letter including security retainer requirements. (Sorry, VVUS stock pledge cannot be considered adequate security.)
