Many thanks to all three of you. I am glad you all are so enthused !

Now, to the point.

What about stockholders equity? Why should we vote for the stock options???

No more dilution!

Because they were nice to you all?

Why was the voting form not more explicit?

We still do not know!

Were they nice because they have a shareholders revolt????

What have they done for us lately?

I still say VOTE NO!!!

Let them prove something, before they get rewarded!!

Runner

PS Once again I must thank all three of you for what you did. Great job!!! I just do not feel our CEO & Company should be rewarded for a job not done.

Kudos to our three amigos. Thank you so very much!!
People sometimes fail to why a co. would keep issuing options to key employees. One of my children works for a co. that has been issuing options to key emp.s and even reducing the exercise price and shortening the vesting time to retain the talent.
There is a definite shortage of good people out there and I can verify this by the amount of calls my kids get from "Headhunters".I feel that the area of I/T is about the same as the pharmaceutical field as far as getting and keeping valuable people.
I feel that any employee will work as hard as possible to cause the value of their options to grow!!
