You make a good point but again look at what saszu just posted:

Again we are getting conflicting information.

I think that the point is that the first 1/2 of 1999 will probably not show any significant profits unless the following occurs:

a domestic partner gets signed and relaunches MUSE soon after signing. According to my contacts this can happen as soon as next week. Even Vivus doesn't know if and when one of the interested parties will accept Vivus's idea of acceptable terms on a partnership.

Regardless of any of this, I will not sell my Vivus holdings at these ridiculously low prices. This is not some internet stock that might show profits 3 years from now if they still exist.

I still strongly feel that as compared to other "similar" biotech stocks, Vivus is worth no less than $12.00/share especially if we look at Vivus' future outlook looking out 12 months.

Vivus has now proved to me that it has survived through its roughest days. I will not sell a single share because I know that the domestic partnering deal is just around the corner.

I think that tomorrow you should sell your shares since you feel that there is no future in this company.
