Sounds o.k. but need details to be sure. Big relief if it is not a floorless convertible. Not sure about terms of the warrants. If its a premium of 60% it makes more sense, otherwise they are selling stock at a 40% discount. Thanks much.

Larry, I sure hope you don't fool around like some other idiots on this thread.<g> Have been trying for hours to find the source and so far, no luck. Thanks anyway and I am sure your post is valid. Guess I don't need a lawyer. Xoma was probably more afraid of the Bluegreensky guy than they were of me. Or perhaps it was Opal, April or Mr. Prill that convinced them not to do any more floorless crap.
