Francis,

People pay for a service like Jenna's because they expect to achieve superior results.
They do not expect the same service to be given away. Nor should people who don't pay expect the same service or be allowed to influence the decision regarding that service - that is solely up to the owner, Jenna, and her base of subscribers.

Since you have made repeated comments in regards to SI, your time here is relevant.
