Because I asked, that is how I know. Besides remember Earl Aiken who actually called a few people on miss quoting him on this board in 1997 that proves they read this stuff. A company's whose stock is so manipulated cannot afford not to read this stuff.

Concerning law suits, you better ask yourself some questions. One being have they make comments that are not true because that is what a reputable Class Action Lawyer would ask you. Any lawyer who puts up a Web Site and invites people to post complaints is not in my opinion anything better than an Ambulence chaser.

I think in your heart after evaluating the way CUBE management has conducted themselves you will find they have used responsible management and cannot be blamed for manipulation by short sellers and analysts.

Come on this last time they went on record with Dow Jones to refute the negative comments by analysts that came out immediately. Do you really think theses analysts follow these company's so they can keep the investment community informed out of the goodness of their heart, no. Analysts and firms follow company's so as the old phrase goes WIN OR LOSE THEY MAKE MONEY. A lot of firms don't care how they make a commission. I have been a victim more than once where a firm recommends a stock today and then the next day slams the stock making money on the selling.

So, if you want to file Class Action suits why don't you find a brokerage house or two to sue but remember they all have that great Republican invention The Fair Harbor Act protecting them.

Just some facts about why Class Action Suits aren't smart:

1) Class periods tend to be short not two years so you would be excluded.

2) When it is all over the lawyer gets his fee off the top and full reimbursement for all costs. So by the time you get a check it is equal to maybe your photo copying and postage.

3) The stock price stays low no matter what the company does because the investors fear time will repeat itself.

4) Your loss would have to be attributed to the company hyping the stock by making out right false claims and not what an analysts has said.

So I think your chances of a justifiable suit here are SLIM to NONE except maybe there might be a chance to sue the market manipulators.
