Connectix not the only one. . .

psx.ign.com

To those who said Connectix' product put Macintosh in a superior position relative to Wintel, an article on PSXIGN.com, a Playstation news site, puts that notion to rest.

They mention that a Playstation emulator for the PC with superior compatibility is awaiting the legal status of Connectix' VGS before release. Here is an excerpt:

"Virtual Game Station was originally scheduled to ship to retailers in just a few weeks. That
now seems likely given this legal action, but we won't know its true status until Connectix
makes a formal statement. It will also be interesting to see how this event – and Sony's pledge
to protect its intellectual property against future emulators – will bode for the forthcoming
release of Bleem, a commercial, PC-based emulator which is boasting even better
compatibility and functionality than Connectix's product. IGNPSX will continue to keep you
abreast of developments related to this story. "

So much for that!
