You hit the nail on the head!! There is time to reward TAVA's leadership later! Not now. They are not going anywhere, and we, the stockholders have not gone anywhere either, except down! Vote No!!! No more dilution. Show me the money!!! Then ask for anther raise. Runner PS I am long on this stock. TAVA will do good inspite of its CEO and missing PR dept.

Dear Pat: JJ's PR plans are MUCH broader in scope then we could have ever realized. We tend to look at PR as something favorable being written that causes a run up in the stock that day. He looks at PR, in my opinion, in a very BROAD sense. We talked of things like MARKET POSITIONING (market for products) NAME RECOGNITION WITHIN THE INDUSTRY. According to JJ they have had some success in this area already (fma and hardrocker gave examples). These things dont happen over night. Frankly, I came away with the impression that JJ is into creating something REALLY BIG not just TAVA the factory integrator image. However, he admits that it was a conscious decision not to do the type of PR most of us are thinking of while they were in the Y2K mode as that doesnt fit into the POST 2000 plans of his. With hindsight, he admitted that may have been a mistake. I think that he will now pay more attention to the day to day PR as well as Press on with the big picture. JDN
