Really???? Then can you explain why when I go to:

specbench.org

I see the the HP 9000/785 Model C360 scores 26.0?
I see the Dell Computer Co Precision WorkStation 610 scores 19.0?
The fastest 21164 I can find: specbench.org scores 19.3 compared to the Intel 19.0? < 1.6% difference

These are OFFICIAL SPEC scores as verified by The Standard Performance Evaluation Corporation you claim to be referencing.

Like I said, The Xeon is within 2% of the fastest 21164. The 21264 seems to have serious manufacturing problems. The HP machine that is scoring in at 26 SPECint95 is actually manufactured by Intel because they are the only ones in the world who can achieve acceptable yield at such huge transistor counts.
