Yo, From the news reports it looks like the deal is already placed. Can you confirm this? Looks like we will start dropping a bit today. Maybe that insider selling will come in, if the bond has in fact been floated.

No, you were not misleading, it just seemed from your post that you thought a payment of 4.25% was a small amount on top of already huge losses.
