Not at all. I see you got the drift on Reg S. One of the problems with doing one of those deals is the company is usually looking at falling off a big cliff, and right now. AMZn is not facing that immediate problem, so the terms are relatively good to the company.

The whole deal is absolutely amazing, why didn't they just float a few trillion and start buying the world? Shit, I think they are bigger than Finland or Norway now (their GDP). Something strange is going on that we will be telling our Grandkids about. Unlike our Grandparents stories about bad times and walking miles to school in the snow, we will be talking about good times and how financial bubbles ruined it all.
