I just listened to the conference on real audio
(http://www3.ericsson.se/now/webcast/webcast.shtml ) and the guy said something like (This is at about 7:00, if you want to skip to it.) "Last year we acquired Advanced Computer Communications, a California company. In 1998 our industry saw a lot of consolidation. We continue to maintain a sound acquisition strategy targeting small and medium sized companies with technology that complements ours."

I didn't hear any mention of a specific dollar amount. They paid $285 million for Advanced Computer Communications.
