Info from IR: brian_cranston Jan 28 1999 8:15PM EST Analyst meeting is to be held 8:00am in New York. She could not say what was to be discussed. I asked if shareholders will either receive AV shares or have the opportunity to buy at the set IPO price. She said no information as yet on how Alta-Vista IPO/spinoff will affect shareholders.
