To All.......Fully Reporting Status Here are the steps that we will be going through beginning this month. As you can see we are in process now but 5 steps are required before we get to the actual filing. We are presently in step 3 and 4. > >Step 1 - Appointment and Acceptance of Auditors - We have chosen PKF(Pannel Kerr Foster) as our CPA's in San Diego. This process of choosing them did not of course guarantee that they would accept us. But the process has now reached the point where they have now responded with their acceptance of our appointment as auditors. > >Step 2 - 2 CPA's from this firm have been selected to perform taxes, audits, fully reporting form 10 SEC filing. The priorities and strategies of the company and the auditors are worked out. 1 CPA is tasked to tax issues and filings. 1 CPA is tasked to audit and SEC for 10 filing. > >Step 3 - Auditors in-depth review of 1998 financials statements > >Step 4 - Conversion (if needed) to U.S. G.A.A.P. > >Step 5 - Auditor, Controller and Don collaborate on preliminary form 10 filing. > >Step 6 - Auditor, Controller and Don respond to SEC changes and ammendments and clarifications of form 10 filing. > >Step 7 - Auditor, Controller and Don finalize changes and ammendments and clarifications for final draft of for 10 filing.
