thanks, mrvn... keep those ears open...

I owned this stock last year, some at 6 and bought more at 11 when the Maxtor deal was announced... the top of course..

I was pretty much done with it, and sold in early Dec, saw the big volume increase a few weeks ago, and got back in.I saw that there was a huge seller by the price action in the stock, but your confirmation helped, it confirmed what I was seeing.

Cards, thanks for the information. As an aside - though you do not post often - the strength and insight and pipeline of information you provide ( and also some of the better descriptions of AXC pain...lol ) remain invaluable to this board.

I am not sure Bramson underestimated. He has clearly always had other dreams, and had hoped KM would fund them. Now perhaps the equity market will do that job in time.

To state the obvious, AXC has multiplied by a factor of seven in a few weeks. That would be a 5 year return of over 45% per year. So to those January traders and momentum players and short term internet surfers that want to lock in profits and exit
" Good Luck. Nice Trade. Godspeed. " There certainly are risks here. The standard valuation numbers will not make any sense this year.

But, to my limited perceptions, this has become an investment whose legs are only gradually beginning to unfold - and it has true Sunrise potential. I find myself an advocate again. I consider it possible that AXC ....for all the inevitable volatility ...may go very high in the next couple of years. To liberally paraphrase a Dylan song I always liked - the potential of AXC has always seemed akin to knowing an enchanting woman to me

At times I've been meek, then hard like an oak
Have seen pretty people vanish like smoke
Friends will arrive, friends will disappear
But as for me...AXC I'll be here

LOL....Swamp Fox's song is catchier. ( Al I hope I don't have to pay royalties to Dylan for this post)

Hi, mrvn t. m. Could you elaborate on that?

You're plugged into a most interesting facet of this thing. About your Amex friend..."What does he know and when did he know it?" And what does he do?

Tell us more about "underestimated the TVontheWeb stake." Very, very good post. We can deconstruct this development to our collective advantage.
