Yes they have debt, but only because it was dumped on by the parent company GLK. The better comparison and thing to look at, is not the nominal level of debt but how it compares to cash flow.

My estimate of EBITDA in fiscal 1998 was over $200 million versus debt of $338.

This is a cash machine, take a look at the 10-Q, and if not convinced don't buy it wait for results on Feb. 9, and see how debt falls again and the company's cash flow.
