Very concerned about this spin off without any advantage to present shareholders. Is there any other concerned here. I would like to see a special shareholders meeting to discuss this, and why after all the distress having acquired in this rollercoaster ride that now I have to throw my profit to the wind. I want a part of AltaVista, and I think that all us should demand that be the bottom line. Thanks, Jim Kendall
