I have done the majority of my insider research at the Insider Trader site: insidertrader.com CDA Investnet does a wonderful job of giving the complete story on some stocks and and overview of what insiders are doing in certain sectors that gives investors and overview of where those sectors might be headed: cda.com Information can also be found at several other sources but one of the easiest places is to check right where you find your Yahoo stock quotes: quote.yahoo.com The insider trading record is there under insider: biz.yahoo.com All that buying at .25 and .32 would have been an excellent indicator that CELN insiders were hoping for the good news they just released in that PR.
