Shareholders, It's no Head Fake! Later today I will give more facts! Sorry Maggie I'm not trying to Jeoperdize anyones reprutation. Investors are not mislead by me, you have it all wrong! The company has not told investors the truth about 24 million shared reasons. I hope there is doubt as mine and no disappointment as the company clears the issue up, It's now in the hands. I see you have listed a phone number, here is one direct to Mr. Les Price C.E.O. NPEC, 1-800-547-9375 Ask him the reasons for the 24 million unanswerd misleading unfortunate forthcoming "head fake" ! Like I said later I will give you some in print proof of what I wish to see in NPEC, or should I say by my statement to you and all readers. Until later I wait for the company to issue reasons for a Authorized issue of 95.8 million shares in the float & a Preferred Share Count.

Can anyone answer these questions? 1. This stock, in the past, has had "rallies" which were quickly reversed. We saw that in 1998. Very recently we were at 2 cents, and even below that level here and there. We've now had a rally which has brought us to 5 cents, and so far we've stayed there. Why? 2. If this company has absolutely nothing going for it, why haven't we sunk to .001 by now? I understand the feelings of everyone who has been burned with this stock. I just want to know why NPEC is still alive and kicking if it's just a fraud as some say. Opinions, anyone?
