The SEC should demand that SEPR put out a release explaining why the stock has skyrocketed up 15% in the last 4 days on no news. This sort of price action on no announced news is not how our securities markets are supposed to work, at least for high-profile, multi-billion $$ market cap companies.

Don't get me wrong, as a long-time SEPR shareholder with a significant position this sort of stuff is pretty thrilling. But it does bug me somewhat as to why this stock trades up so much _prior to news and then is flat or even down after the announcement.
