RE: My call to Paul Henry Paul Henry did not return my call, but James Guild, the President of TSIG did . There was a message when I got into my office this morning. He pretty much reiterated what has been said on this thread already. Hopefully, I will paraphrase him correctly. No shares have been registered yet. He also said that it would be a year before they could sell their shares and they would have to file a 144 to do this. The debentures are convertible at a "reasonable" discount and the financing is attractive to shareholders given TSIG's current situation. I am satisfied with this response, so let's please talk about something else for a while, please :-) Go Falcons and TSIG!
