John, I don't know anything about internet stocks so I just
pulled somes names. I bought AOL (174), LYCOS (129), XOOM (58), (along with Dell and CSCO).
I am just hoping a big buying frenzy among some mutual funds
will push these up. (I tried to get Globe.com---could not get
a fill at my price so I bought Xoom instead--its all the same to
me).
Looks like most people like me missed out on the net stock
moves but I am willing to take some risks with them for a
very short period of time. I honestly don't like their future.
However this consolodation (like Geocities and Yahoo) may make
for some short term gains.
Then again--maybe we will see a crash.---Who knows.
I have a high tolerance for risk and consider net stocks to
be less risky than some I options that I had in the past.

I am not recommending that anyone buy internet stocks.
Best of luck if you decide to take a chance.
