Perhaps we'll see a stronger marketing move with regards to the net. How 'bout touting a "best of both worlds" focus; the convenience of net shopping combined with a local presence. Net buying will certainly continue to expand rapidly, but not many can claim to have a store nearby where you can go to for often needed face-to-face issues including support, training, repairs, exchanges, etc. Well, just a thought.
