Even though this isn't a floorless CONVERTABLE does anyone know if there is any limit to the "adjustment" to current market price after the 6 months? I suppose that having the shares in escrow for three years does provide some protection since they couldn't short and cover with their own shares (unless they go out and buy another 2 million shares!). But I still need some reassurance that this isn't just another version of "death spiral financing"

Larry>you won that one :-)
Market seems to be cautious/ neutral (thus far)
By my reckoning cash is now about 33mil, not great but passable.
36mil 9-30-98
-13 burn
+2 gne
+12 financing
-4 burn (1999)
33 total (estimate)
All IMO
