AMCI linked with ORBCOMM ?? What are they doing exactly?

This will get a lot of people interested. I found out about AMCI through the ORB bulletin boards. That means there are many others looking too.

Can anyone give me a boost up on this company? Are they reselling ORBCOMM sat services? If they are this could get very big , very fast!!

This could be Huge, I have followed OBCOMM for the last year. The potential is vast. I don't know how many other resellers of ORBCOMM services there are, but this is the first one I know about. I'll be putting my toe in this bath Monday.

AMC's Statham detailed the terms of the agreement in noting that the initial 100,000 invested by Eco-Max is for 200,000 shares of thecompany's common stock restricted from sale for a minimum of one year along with options for Eco-Max to purchase an additional 400,000shares at prices ranging from one to two dollars per share. "Fully exercised, the options would bring in an additional 600,000 for furtherdevelopment of this project," he noted.

AMC is a value-added reseller for Dulles, Virginia based ORBCOMM USA, L.P., a provider of low-earth orbit (LEO) satellite-based data andmessage communication services. To date, ORBCOMM has launched 28 LEO satellites. AMC's current value-added solutions include two-waycommunication for remote oil and gas sites, as well as monitoring multiple functions aboard rail cars, intermodal containers and oil and gas platforms. The data is transmitted and received via the ORBCOMM satellites and can then be posted to the Internet for use by end users
subscribing to the service.

Richard--
AMCI to be listed on the Berlin Exchange! Not sure that this will drive the stock price up, but we know the float is small, and any demand is likely to give us a boost.

Looks as though James will be off to Berlin in the near future...perhaps he can drum up some business there, too.

Cheers!
