My concern is that they knew they were going to get a claim before 31st decemebr 1998 and did not provide for it. If that is the case, black mark for the CFO and management........

Given that Insignia have always been leading edge technology inventors/providers etc., rather than technology "borrowers", I find it very hard to believe that they have done anything wrong along these lines, and Insignia themselves don't see any cause for concern.

Surely you guys don't think there's any substance in this Graphon stuff, do you ??

(I lay money old Irish harbours no such doubts)
