What's wrong with this stock?

It has really strange trading patterns, always seem to fall back when it should go forward.

The MM or someone has their foot on this one.

movement will be restricted until we break and hold 16, then idtc should move quickly to 20. many people who purchased at this level not expecting the downward surprise are dumping still. combined with the day traders. looking to break and hold 16, then for 20 quickly.
