I worked for Kevin Fallon for eight years, and consider him both a friend and, in many ways, a mentor. He was very important to enabling the success I've had in my career to date. He is indeed a great asset to TAVA and to its shareholders, part of a total team with what seems like the right "checks and balances" to mix their respective skills and weaknesses.
