Nancy,

I agree with you. I believe Fonix will be cash flow positive this year. Dr. Bob knows that the PowerScribe growth is very positive for Fonix and if/when they get their $25 million in 99 and cut costs 30%, fonix will survive.

Either the company is beleagured (related to your point #1) and Studdert's resignation was forced, or it is doing well and he's ready to move on (related to your point #2), but it cannot be both. Your point #3 has nothing to do with Fonix's current situation.
