Panic Selling Highly Unlikely

Value Investors will be averaging and adding to portfolios at this juncture. An astute Investor would have reduced holdings last month (when crude bottomed), taken the tax subsidy (wait the necessary 30 days) and gradually reenter the market using the tax benefit to increase the number of shares previously held. I don't perceive everyone as being just plain stupid, just some.
