iSleuth Adds Weather Services From The Weather Channel

Company Also Reports That Its New Free E-Mail Service is Now Online

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Jan. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- iSleuth.com (OTC Bulletin
Board: SLEU - news) today announced that it has entered into a one-year
agreement with Atlanta-Georgia-based The Weather Channel Enterprises,
Inc., which will place a wide variety of free weather information at the
fingertips of iSleuth.com site users directly from the site itself,
isleuth.com . Expected to be launched in February 1999, the
new iSleuth Weather page will contain a national weather map, links to
several of The Weather Channel's featured maps and, most importantly, a
panel allowing users to request and view forecasts and maps of local and
regional weather, selectable by city name or zip code.

The Company also announced that its new free e-mail service, iSleuth
Mail, has been formally launched and is now available at the iSleuth web
site. Site users can quickly and easily obtain a free e-mail account
simply by clicking on the ''Free iSleuth E-Mail'' icon and then choosing
a login name and password. A free e-mail account will then be
established that will provide users with unfiltered and uncensored
e-mail, utilizing an anonymous identity that is separate and succinct
from their ISP user name and identity.

Commenting further, John J. Bennett, Chairman, President and CEO of
iSleuth.com, said, ''The addition of comprehensive weather information
and services provided by universally acclaimed The Weather Channel,
creates yet another important feature that users can take advantage of
direct from our site. Coupled with our newly launched free e-mail
service, our growing e- commerce services, links and, of course, our
powerful search engine, the iSleuth site is quickly developing the
infrastructure necessary to attract new users and keep those users
coming back on a regular basis. We look forward to continuing to add
additional services and features that will ultimately position the
iSleuth site as one of the Web's premier one-stop, searching, shopping
and information portals that will serve as a home base for the daily Web
activities of Internet users.''

iSleuth.com owns and operates the iSleuth.com Web site,
isleuth.com , home of The Internet Sleuth, considered by many
leading industry experts to be one of the Web's premier and most
powerful search engines. The iSleuth site and search engine, originally
founded in 1995, operated initially as a non-commercial site designed to
meet the needs of institutional and educational researchers. It was
acquired by iSleuth.com during mid-1998, at which time the Company
embarked on its current program to accelerate its commercial
development. The Company's business plan calls for continuing to build
on its current foundation to further develop its site into a premier
Internet gateway that will serve as a home base for Internet users.
