martin, No we are down 1/4 with 244,700 shares traded as I type. I expect that all the short term players who recently bought Vivus in the 2.5 to 2.75 range and were hoping for a domestic partner announcement have now sold their shares and are moving on to greener pastures. I guess they didn't get the quick double or triple that they were gambling on. Well back to watching the grass grow while hoping to hear about a domestic partnering announcement within the next 30 days.
