Compare RON to WFT for eps/valuation judgement - BUY RON ! WFT's newest earnings revision is down to .75 cents for 1999 and is selling for $17-18 here. RON 's new lowered eps estimate is still $1.25 which is 75% higher than WFT; RON is still a solid BUY at sub $24 in comparison to WFT by any measure... I do not think RON's volume will show capitulation if it finishes down. I thought RON would sell off on their earnings release - caught a limit buy at $23 3/4 and will set limits at $22 1/8th, $20 5/8ths and $18 7/8ths (in case hell freezes over). I think RON will close above its open - the traders and hedge funds & value guys will flock to RON today imho - watch & see... Only Mutual Fund managers who MUST dump oil stocks here at month end; because the S&P and NASDQ showed huge pops in January; they have to window dress their holdings here; and this creates an ''artificial'' selling pressure in stocks like RON imho. BUY RON, right here, right now - and keep using 3 - 1/3rd entries with ''limit'' buy orders... can't go wrong imho - WFT comparison is the KEY to feeling warm & fuzzy in buying RON today as we look the depths of Oilpatch selling hell - into the eyes today .... Man; I am loaded here, 5% above here and with limit buy orders set 5% below here across the 'patch. If we blow off to OSX 40 - I am going to be feeling some major PAIN; but - this is where I feel I am seeing the ''whites' of the Streets eyes'' and I am ''calling.'' Hey, no pain - no gain.... but, gotta admit; the ''pucker factor'' is substantial here; especially since I am going to be out most of the day.... damn, if I'm going to get ''crushed'' here, I at least want to see it coming... oh well... good luck - today we are seeing the whites of their eyes - I say BUY the hell out of the creme de le creme today...RIG RON PGO VTS DO CXIPY et al
