They corrected their profile on Yahoo. It no longer states that Norris Communications is a subsidiary of e.Digital Corporation:

e.Digital Corporation develops, manufactures and markets electronic products. For the six months ended 9/30/98, revenues decreased 64% to $255
thousand. Net loss applicable to Common Stock increased from $326 thousand to $956 thousand. Revenues reflect a decrease in retail product sales after all
private labeled product inventory was sold. Higher loss reflects increased research and development expenses and a $111 thousand imputed non-cash
interest.

The web page does look better. They seem to have done a better job of describing themselves in terms of market, customers, and product offering.

Patent-protected intellectual property includes handheld recording devices, e.Digital's MicroOS file management system...

e.Digital has developed a version of its MicroOS file management system (called MicroOS Audio)specially adapted for use with larger music files.

The company has incorporated MicroOS Audio into a portable CD quality music player and recorder that includes a PC interface.

Currently, the company is developing products for Lanier Worldwide, Inc., and Intel Corporation. e.Digital has also developed a prototype of a solid-state music player for Lucent Technologies.

e.Digital was selected by Intel to design and prototype a number of portable digital voice recorders utilizing advanced speech-to-text and
text-to-speech technologies. Intel plans to sub-license the reference design created by e.Digital to Intel's OEM customers, referring them back to e.Digital for licensing and any additional design work required. The prototypes are expected to be complete by mid year 1999.
