This must be the work of Michael Rubinelli (THQ's V. P. of Product Developtment and formely of Midway). I believe this old Williams game was distributed by Midway.

Looks like some other publisher is interested in Quest II, from FGN:

>> N64: Despite strong industry rumors in the last few
days of Quest 2 from Imagineer being canned, it
would appear the game is still on track for release.
The future of the anticipated N64 RPG was
uncertain due to the cartridge size required to
implement the game making the release not viable
financially. News from inside the company now tells
that two US publishers are very keen to secure the
rights to the title. No announcement as to which
companies are in talks as yet, but it's fair to assume
THQ are in there somewhere. Other news from the
developer tells of a rally title in the works. A spin-off
from Europress Rally, nine licensed cars will be
available for the gamer. Three US publishers are
said to be in negotiations for the game rights. <<

Edit: Speaking of Midway, here is an article in today's street.com by Herb Greenberg about Insider buying in Midway:
