Bruce, I do not use the terms "warm" and "cold" with stocks, it implies terms of "endearments" and the associated dangers of falling in love with this or any stock. I have said that before and will repeat, VLNC has the potential of a "J" curve, but they need to get there with their financial intact, pay more attention to marketing and a little else to "perfect R&D" (namely, if they have a good product, stop fooling around with it and mass market it, even if it is not the "perfect product").

Right now and until there is clarity about their finances and shipments, it is a trading vehicle, I buy in the low 6' and sell if a get a run above $7.5 and do not overstay my welcome. If it closes under about $5.5 I pack my losses and wait for another opportunity. There will be time, IMHO, to be a "long term investor" once the company is on a relatively clear path to success, and the stock should show this by breaking well above $11. Technically, the stock is not a long term buy.
